| Bylaws | To event organizer I pledge the following when participating in the event. 1. I agree to abide by all the rules and instructions established by the event organizer. 2. I will participate in good health and be responsible for death, injuries or accidents occurred during the event. I promise to not blame or hold responsible the organizer, managers, official board members, event staffs and other participants. This does not change even if the accident may be attributable to the organizer. 3. During the main event and supplementary events, participants are solely responsible for any personal items and belongings. 4. Organizers will permit the free use of participants' names and pictures for newspaper reports, media broadcasting, and/or televising by related sports events, sponsors, and/or event organizers. 5. There is no objection to the cancellation or content change of the event due to torrential rain, strong winds or other weather conditions or unavoidable causes. I also understand the participation fee will not be refunded under such conditions or for non-participation due to personal reasons. 6. I agree that my personal information can be used for event information and services by the event executive office and affiliates or mobile companies. 7. I agree that the organizer is not responsible for accidents or problems that may occur during the event and to not make any claims over the benefits offered by the insurance prepared by the organizer. 8.
