Notes | [Notes to all participating runners] 1. With consideration for the daily life of residents, vehicles may be given the priority to pass before runners during the time limit. Emergency vehicles have the highest priority. 2. There are several points for pedestrian crossings (run path). (Runners do not need to stop). 3. Vehicle will pass the sidewalk in 2 lanes between the points of 22.5km and 26.5km, so please be sure to stay on the running course. [Notes on Application Issues] 1. Changes (of runners, category, T-shirt size, expected running time, etc.) or cancellation will not be accepted after registration. 2. Duplicate entries are not accepted. 3. Participation notices will be sent to all the registrants. Application Terms | Participants must agree to the following application terms when applying for the event. (1) The organizer is not responsible for illness, lost items, or other accidents beyond providing emergency measures. (2) The organizer will provide sports accidents insurance. Compensation for accidents, injuries and illness occurring during the tournament must be within the scope of this insurance coverage. (It will not be applied towards heart disease or other related conditions. Please participate in the event in adequate health and at your own risk). (3) Change of category or cancellation by personal reason is not accepted after registration. (4) False declaration of age and sex, participation other than the applicant himself/herself, duplicated application, multiple category entry are not allowed and the participation will be canceled. In the former case found after the event, the running record may be erased. (5) No refund for the cases (3), (4) or over payment and duplicated payment.
