PR This race is a running event to promote international goodwill.

<The Points of this Event>

・“Getting to Know Each Other through Running.”

Running requires the natural and safe environment.
Running is a sport which various different people can enjoy regardless of
their generations and nationalities; and it plays an important role in
one’s health care and useful life.
The philosophy of running will
enable us to get to know each other well.

・“A Charity Event for the Great East Japan
Earthquake Restoration and Education”

Part of the entry fee will be donated to the Great East Japan
Earthquake disaster area for supporting its restoration and education.

・“Deepening Mutual Understanding with Foreign Diplomats”

This is a running event for diplomats, embassy related people and
individuals to participate in.

This event as well as the annual “Tokyo International Futsal”
tournament will deepen mutual understanding between
“Active Int’l Association ” members and people from each embassy.

Also it will be a good PR of each embassy.

Entry Qualifications Anyone who is physically fit, healthy and loves to run.

Note 1)Participants are required to take care of his/her health at all times and take appropriate action immediately especially when he/she feels sick during the race.
2)If the organizer judges that the race should be cancelled, all participants must comply with the decision made by the organizer.
3)Participants release the organizer from liability for any accident, loss or injury and expressly waive any claims he/she may have against the organizer arising out of or in connection with his/her participation in the race.
4)All participants are required to come to the start line 15 minutes before his/her race. Please do not be late to start the race smoothly.
5)All participants will receive his/her entry confirmation and his/her running number no later than one week before the race by a post card. If by any chance the post card does not reach him/her, please contact the Reception of the race day.
6)Each participant will benefit from running number(bib) chip timing participating awards.
7)Parking is limited. Please come to the venue by public transportation.
8)The organizer may stop racers during the race and let emergency vehicles, and so on go fast due to unavoidable situations.
9)All rights for footages, articles, records, etc of the race for TV broadcast, news papers, magazines or the Internet are reserved for the organizer.
10)The organizer is not responsible for all personal belongings, loss or theft. (Each participant will keep his/her valuables.)
11)Switching distances in the morning of the day is not allowed.
12)There are no refunds of entry fees in the event of cancellation or under any situations.
