| Tournament pledge | As a parent or guardian of a player participating in the “Golf Digest Japan Junior Cup”, I pledge to strictly observe the following. 1. We will strive to prevent ball hitting accidents. In the unlikely event of a ball hitting accident, we will not seek compensation or compensation from the tournament organizer or Tomei Country Club. 2.
