Qualification | [Kids Run (Age 10-12)] Kids who are 10 to 12 years old as of April 1, 2024, in good health, and have confirmed they are in good condition on the day of the race. *Accompanying guardian must stay close to the child at all times during the race. [Kids Run (Age 6-9)] Kids who are 6 to 9 years old as of April 1, 2024 and their parents/guardians (only one accompanying parent/guardian per participant.) In good health, and have confirmed they are in good condition on the day of the race. *Accompanying guardian must stay close to the child at all times during the race. Policies | 【Application Terms and Conditions】 1. No changes or cancellations will be allowed after the application has been submitted. No refunds will be made for non-participation due to illness or other personal reasons. 2. The organizer will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to reduce or cancel the event due to earthquakes, windstorms, floods, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc. The organizer will decide whether or not to refund the participation fee after deducting the costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. 3. Please note that the organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event guidelines due to the spread of the coronavirus infection. 4. Participants must be free of heart disease or illness. Participants must be in good health and have trained sufficiently to participate in the event. 5. If the organizer determines during the event that there is a problem with the continuation of the event, participants must immediately follow the organizer's instructions. Participants must also follow the organizer's instructions on safety management and event operation. 6. In the event of injury or illness during the event, participants are deemed to have agreed to receive first aid. 7. In the event of accidents, loss, injury or illness, compensation will be made within the scope of the insurance policy taken out by the organizer, except in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the organizer. 8. If a participant is under 18 years of age, they may apply only if their family, relative, or guardian has consented to their participation in this event. 9. False declaration of age, gender, etc., or entry by a person other than the applicant (substitute runner) will not be permitted. If found to be so, the organizer may cancel the entry or awards, or disqualify the applicant from the next or subsequent races. The organizer will not be held responsible for any first aid, refunds, etc. for false declarations or substitute runners. 10. The organizer reserves the right to publish personal information such as name, age, gender, record, and portrait in newspapers, television, magazines, the Internet, pamphlets, etc., in the event video, photographs, articles, and records. 11. The organizer shall comply with the laws and regulations for the protection of personal information. 12. Please follow the instructions of the organizer regarding any other matters related to the tournament. 【Rules and Regulations】 1. The tournament shall be conducted in compliance with all relevant domestic laws. 2. The tournament is organized in accordance with the "Rules and Regulations". 3. Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizer, the organizer shall not be liable for any of the following: (1) Disease, epidemic (including new coronavirus infection, etc.) and other accidents (excluding first aid) (2) Loss or damage to property; (3) Late arrival due to public transportation, road conditions, etc. 4. The organizer will impose restrictions in the competition area to ensure the safe conduct of the event. 5. Please follow the instructions of the organizer. Participants who do not follow the organizer's instructions are not allowed to enter or compete in the event. 6. All possible preparations have been made to ensure that records are kept, however, the results may be affected by various external and environmental factors. Please note that we do not guarantee 100% of the records will be obtained. 7. The organizer reserves the right to publish images, photographs, articles, records, location information, names, ages, addresses (country, prefecture, city, ward, town, village), etc. of the participants on TV, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc., during the race. 8. The organizer recognizes the importance of, and will handle personal information in accordance with its personal information protection policy and in compliance with the Law Concerning Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations. 9. In the event of injury, accident, or illness during the event, the organizer will provide first aid and, if necessary, emergency transportation. In such cases, the medical information of the participant will be requested from the hospital to which they will be transported. First aid may be given by the opposite sex in order to ensure that lifesaving activities are given top priority. (Use of AED, chest compressions, etc.) 10. The organizer will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses during the event. This includes cases caused by new coronavirus infection. 11. In the event of accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the tournament, only first aid will be provided. Compensation for illness and other accidents will be covered by the personal accident insurance taken out by the organizer, except in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the organizer. |
