The Okinawa Marathon runs through different cities, towns, and villages in central Okinawa. The marathon aims to encourage people to enjoy running and increase their fitness level throughout Okinawa. | Access to the Main Venue | There are Designated Parking Lots: Koza Sports Park Multi-storey Parking(1,400 cars), AEON MALL Okinawa Rycom(1,000 cars),AEON Gushikawa(300 cars), which are within about 6km from the Park. (Please refer to the map below)There are free Shuttle Bus services. Using public transportation:Buses,Taxies and Carpools are highly recommended.Tow trucks will remove any illegally parked cars around Okinawa Comprehensive Park. *Each parking space will be limited. *Illegal parking around residential areas will be strictly penalized. |

| Race date | Sunday,February 16th, 2025 [Full Marathon] Race starts at 9:00am. Race finishes at 3:15pm. [10km Road Race] Race starts at 9:40am. Race finishes at 11:00am. *There are five cut-off points on the full marathon course and one for the 10km road race. |
| Terms and conditions | （Before filling the application form out,be sure to read and understand the list of agreements below.） [1] Applicants can't blame the organizer for loss of personal property and theft during the event. [2] In case of accidents and illness,liability of the organizer is limited to emergency treatment.The organizer will deal with illness,the other accidents during the event within the terms of the insurance which organizer will take out. [3] Once your application form is submitted,alternation to your registration detail,commemoration item and cancellation of the race is not permitted under any circumstances.If the commemoration item is not selected,you will receive a Large size T-shirt. [4] The organizer does not permit illegal participation（participation other than the registered runner and proxy runner）as well as falsified age or gender.It will result in disqualification and he／she will not be eligible for any of the commendations.The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents and injuries during the event.（not covered by insurance） [5] Entry fee will not be refunded if the race is cancelled due to natural disasters such as earthquakes,bad weather,or accidents／incidents beyond the race organizer's control.In case of third and fourth terms mentioned above,the organizer will not refund any overpayment and／or double-payment. [6] Participants agree that their name,age,address（country,prefecture and／or municipality）as well as recordings（video and still）and other race records（etc.）may be used online,in printed materials including newspapers,and on television（etc.）. participants grant the event organizers the right to use their information and thier portrait rights.They agree to commercial use of this information,such as in photographs,printed materials,DVDs,and use in the media. [7] The orgenizer will adhere to this Terms and Conditions as well as the event outlines and Okinawa Marathon guidelines. [8] The organizer recognizes the individual's right to privacy and will take all appropriate steps to keep individual's information confidential However,in order to provide better services to all applicants, the organizer will use the information to provide entry guidelines and uses the information on the official web site（name,sex,age,hometown,record）,offer it to the publication related information recording medium（name,sex,age,hometown,record）and to offer next year's race information and announcement of the records. [9] If a runner does not pass through the measurement mat installed at the starting point,every 5km mark and the half point mark he／she might be disqualified from the race. [10] Any remaining cars after the designated hours will be towed to another parking lot.The cost of towing and the parking lot will be charged to the owner of the car,so please make sure to remove your car before the gate closes.（The gate closes at 6:00PM） |
| Information about your number card | Your number card and automatic timing tag will be shipped to your home two weeks prior to the event. *However, advance shipping to overseas destinations is not available. Please collect them at the venue. The same applies to your commemorative T-shirt. |
| race rules | The Okinawa Marathon adheres to the 2024 regulations of the Japan Association of Athletics Federations 1．Please make sure to attach the provided number card in a form as it is. 2．Proxy runner is strictly prohibited. 3．The executive committee does not allow any design and trademark which express company names and product names for commercial purposes to be worn or shown at the venue and the race course. 4．Those participating in the Okinawa marathon Competition Race are not permitted to receive any support from others by any means. 5．During the race please follow the advice of the police and the event staff. 6．Traffic control will be immediately cleared after the checkpoint is closed. Please follow the event staff’s advice.Step up to the sidewalk and be off the road. Remove your number card and get on the runner collection buses,following event staff’s guidance. 7．Running with stroller is strictly prohibited. |
