| Eligibility | ・Anyone who is in good health condition can take part in the event. ・Children (elementary or younger) need to be accompanied by guardians and helpers should accompany people with disabilities. ・All participants are required to abide by the event rules and keep trail etiquette in mind. |

However, prices of 2nd day courses (5km & 10km) remain the same at 1,200 yen. Additionally, an ID disability booklet needs to be presented when making a booking. | Take the Opportunity for Another Walk | （1）Soulful Walk ～Temple Experience Tour～ Take the pilgrim’s steep trail up to Nageiredo Hall on Mt. Mitoku (2-hour return hike, excluding breaks). Once you return to the foot of the mountain, the temple priest will give a talk on appreciating food and on the “mind/heart”. Home cooked sesame flavored tofu dish and a vegetarian Buddhist meal, using local produce, will be served. You will then be guided through a zen meditation session to help you feel calm and learn a breathing technique. Following this, you will be able to make a wish while practicing sutra copying (Heart Sutra). Kids can practice drawing an image of a Buddha. You can finish the day by relaxing in Misasa’s hot spring. Date & Time: Monday, 8th June 10:30 - 15:45 (TBC) Meeting Point: Kaijo-in Temple, Mt. Mitoku Cost: 5,000 yen per person Maximum no.: 25 people Fee includes: Vegetarian Buddhist meal, zen meditation, sutra copying, climb to Nageiredo Hall and Misasa Hot Spring bath * If it is determined that the mountain trail is too dangerous to climb due to rain or fog, the trail will be closed (decision to be made by the temple). Please be aware that no refunds can be made as a result of this decision. Nageiredo Hall can still be viewed from a distance (at the foot of the mountain). （2）GeGeGe no Kitaro 10km Course Start this 10km course at Yonago Kitaro Airport and head to Yumigahama Beach, Yume Minato Park, Sakaiminato’s coastal road; then walk around town before reaching the goal line at Sakaiminato Station. After the dynamic flight takeoffs and landings, be soothed by the beautiful views of white sand and green pine trees along the Yumigahama coast. Enjoy seeing the majestic Mt. Daisen in the distance and feel the salty sea breeze as you walk around this port town, discovering interesting sites and meeting yokai characters (Japanese monsters) along Mizuki Shigeru Road. A choice dish of Sakaiminato’s freshest seafood will be prepared for lunch.
