Course description |
Niseko Yotei Circuit Fun Ride starts from in front of AYA NISEKO.
Ride to NISEKO NATURE CENTER (Higashiyama) 1st Rest Stop, continue to Konbu Kasseika Center 2nd Rest Stop, ride about 10Km and take a short break in Rankoshi town as 3rd stop. After the 3rd stop, riders continue to Makkari River Park 4th stop, following 5th stop Kawanishi Meeting Place and the final rest stop is Agriculture station Yotei. |

Terms |
【On the Course】
●This event is NOT a race; it has been designed as a fun cycling event. No traffic control will be made during this event; participants will be required to give way at intersections and stop signs and stop at traffic signals. All participants must follow the road rules at all times. Participants are required to ride in single file on the left-hand shoulder of the road. Systematically speeding up and slowing down or riding at high speeds that cause disruption to other entrants or riding in a fashion that may cause a traffic accident is forbidden. Please follow the directions of the staff at all times.
●There are several places during the course which either cross over or make use of ”National Highway” designated roads. Heavy vehicles also use these routes, please exercise care at all times and do not ride in an erratic manner.
●To keep speed in check, Special Aid Stations have been set up around the course, for riders to enjoy fresh spring water and the products of the Yotei area en-route, all participants are required to stop at these aid stations.
【Accidents and Injury】
●The event organizer is covered by an injury and liability insurance policy.
●If an accident occurs, the organizer does not accept any responsibility. All entrants are asked to ride with care and with safety as a priority. All entrants are required to be in good health and understand their bodies condition. The entrants are responsible for any sudden sickness, injury, death, damage to equipment, bicycle theft, etc. , non of the above are the responsibility of the organizer.
In the event of an accident involving other entrants or involving traffic, the police must be informed immediately, followed by the event HQ Staff as well as staff that are in attendance on the course. Follow the directions of staff in attendance.
●Any accidents or injuries and subsequent treatment needed either en-route to the event or that happened after the event are the responsibility of the individual entrant.
●The organizer reserves the right to suspend the event without notice, due to dangerous riding or if there is a perceived danger to entrants that may cause inconvenience. If this event is called off for any reason, participants are required to follow the directions of staff.
【Bike and Clothing】
●Make sure your cycling equipment meets the safety requirements of the event. Entrants must provide their own well serviced cycle for entrance into the event.
●All entrants are required to wear a safety helmet.
●Please wear gloves when riding. Carry tools and a spare tube with you.
●Repairs to your cycle are the individual's responsibility. Be prepared to make your own repairs.
【Privacy Policy】
●All copyrights of photos taken during the event, photo articles, recorded video/ television, Newspaper, Magazines and Internet are transferred to and belong to the event organizer.
●All personal information that is provided when making an application to join this event is to be used to make contact with the entrant, applying for insurance and for providing information on future events.
【Cancellation and Suspension of the Event】
●Due to unforeseen weather conditions etc., the organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the course of the event.
●If the entrant's Name, Age, Birthdate, etc. have been falsified, or if the participant is different from the entrant, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the entry. In this case, the entry fee will not be refunded.
【Entrants Fee】
●Entrants Fee will not be refunded after completing the entry forms irrespective of whether the event was affected by a natural disaster or bad weather or because the participant could not take part in the event on the day. We request your advanced understanding of this point.
【Others】
●The organizer accepts no responsibility for any accidents or theft that occur in the carpark or at the accommodation; please take care at all times.
●Underage applicants must have the permission of a parent or guardian. Please click the button at the bottom of the page that says (Parental permission obtained) and continue, the organizer will treat this action as proof of parental consent. |
Niseko Onsen Hill Climb in Rankoshi 8th July 2018 |

Staged as a special event following the "Niseko Mt Yotei Circut Fun Ride" on Sunday, July 8th, 2018. The unique "Hill Climb" ride will take participants on a tour of some of the best onsen found in the Rankoshi/Niseko area.Participants in the ride will start from "Hotel Kanronomori" located in "Konbu Onsen" and will ride uphill to the first goal, "Goshiki Onsen".
After enjoying a break and a soak in the onsen, riders descend to "Yukichichibu", where everyone can enjoy soaking in the extensive outdoor bathing area, taking in the spectacular views over "Chisenuppuri" and "Oyunuma". Riders can then enjoy cycling downhill to the goal at the "Konbu Onsen" area. All participants in the "Niseko Onsen Hill Climb in Rankoshi" will be given a voucher that allows access to 4 of the onsen located in "Konbu Onsen". (Mokunosho, Hotel Kanronomori, Grand Hotel, Yugokorotei ). To cap off a great day of cycling and special dinner will be held at "Hotel Kanronomori".
Enjoy the beautiful scenery and merits of the Rankoshi part of the Niseko region during this ride.
There is a portion of the course where entrants will be transported by car. |
