Symbol Promenade Park running course (5km course connecting the Ariake, Aomi, and Daiba districts)
Runners can enjoy the magnificent view of the waterfront including one of the largest Ferris wheel at Palette Town (group of shopping and commercial facilities) and the full-size Gundam (robot) statue at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. |

【Certificate】
A certificate showing how much time it took for the run will be provided at the event. Places will not be stated on the certificate, but will be announced at the event and on the event website afterwards. |
Prize for participation |
“Original Charity T-Shirt” (5 km Run and Virtual Run)
●All runners and virtual runners will be asked to wear this T-shirt on the day of the event to show solidarity and support for women. |
Party After the event |
A party will be held at the Atrium of the Ariake Frontier Building after the event. A talk show titled “model Atsuko Dochin X model Audrey Ayaka present: Charity LADY Talk” featuring models Atsuko Dochin and Audrey Ayaka, along with other side events will be held. Drinks and foods will be provided by cash on delivery, so please do not forget to bring some cash. |

Parking |
Limited number of parking is available on B1 of the Ariake Frontier Building.
The parking lot fills up quick on weekends due to events held in the area.
We advise you to use public transport as much as possible. |
Category |
5 km Run / Virtual Run
■Participants of the virtual run do not have to be in Tokyo on the day of the event. You can participate by wearing the “original charity T-shirt” and upload your running photos on SNS with hashtag #WRUN. The charity T-shirt will be sent in advance to those who applied for the virtual run category. |
In case of rain/bad weather |
The run will be held in rain. In case of extremely bad weather, or any kind of disaster, the organizer will send out notice on the official website and Facebook by 06:00 AM on the day of the event. |
Volunteer staff welcome |
Your help as a volunteer of the event will be much appreciated. The only condition to become a volunteer is to be a woman (18 years or older).
■Kinds of assistance needed
Registering runners, cloak and baggage, handing out water and drinks, providing record slips, leading runners at the start/goal positions, course safety, etc.
■Staff wear will be provided. Please wear it during the event. |

※Volunteers will work different hours according to their tasks, but all volunteers need to be available between 9:00 and 17:00. Please be careful when you apply as a volunteer.

Terms of the Event |
<Pledge>
Upon my participation, I solemnly pledge that I will abide to by the terms and rules set by the event organizers, with due understanding and consent to the items below.
<Change of event and security conditions>
As the event will take place in open air, where any kind of unplanned change of environment may happen, including unforeseen accidents, I will participate with the understanding that I must take care of the security of myself and others.
<Health status>
My personal health status has been checked within one year by a health check-up by a doctor at a medical facility. The results have shown that I am healthy, and have no conditions in participating in the event. If I have any special conditions or medical history I need to notify the event organizers and the medical team of the event, in case of an emergency, I will notify the organizers in writing accordingly.
<Self-responsibility and emergency care>
I, as an individual person, will be aware and be responsible for my own safety and health during the event. If I get hurt or be part of an accident, or become ill during the event, I agree to be subject of emergency care by doctors and medical staff appointed by the event organizers. I will not make any objections against the emergency care method or its results.
<Compensation in case of injury or death by accident>
I understand and accept that the compensation by the event organizers for any injuries, after-effects, and deaths will only be covered by the scope of the insurance signed by the event organizers. Also, I understand and agree that the event organizers are only responsible for the emergency care for any injuries, illness, lost effects or any other accidents that happen during the event. As for the runner insurance, I accept that I would be covered by the insurance until I cross the goal line.
<Disclaimer>
I agree that I would not ask for any refunds of entry fees and/or any other costs incurred to participate in the event, when the event was canceled or changed to secure the safety of all participants, due to force majeure situations, including but not limited to: disasters, major incidents, accidents, and extreme climate conditions. I understand that entry fees will not be refunded after payment under any circumstance. Also, I will not demand the event organizers to compensate for any loss of my own training wear or goods that were lost or stolen during the event, except for cases where the event organizers have shown gross negligence.
<Photography and other personality rights waiver for publicity and commercial usage>
I agree that the organizers will use my portrait, name, address, age, past sports history, and self-introduction data to be published on event publicity content as well as provided news/information media. I also hereby agree to have my portrait and other information used on publications, video, information and other media for commercial use.
<Privacy information>
By participating in the event, the organizer understands that I have agreed to activities for supporting the health and empowerment of women. I understand that any privacy information will be used only to send essential information about the event. I agree, however, that my email address will be used to send activity reports by projects that used the entry fee donations, in addition to essential notifications of the event.
<Qualifications>
I understand that the 5 km Run event is a women-only event. In case I have participated in the event under false gender or other false conditions, and when the event organizer demands me to leave the event, I will not object and immediately leave. |
Other cautions |
Photography is prohibited in the atrium and surrounding parts of the Ariake Frontier Building. |

The Secretariat will send a registration slip to all runners by end of-February.
